Dr Maytham Omran has more than a decade of international medical assistance and repatriation experience, working alongside insurers, assistance companies and treating teams. Our role is to make the return home safe, considered and quietly handled.

How the process works
It begins with a short conversation to understand the clinical picture, the location and the timeframe. We then speak directly with the treating team, review records and observations, and set out a realistic plan.
Once travel is agreed we coordinate flights, ground transfers and airline medical clearance, and accompany the patient door-to-door where clinically appropriate. On arrival in the UK we hand over cleanly to the receiving team or continue care ourselves.
Common questions
Is this an air ambulance service?
No. Our repatriation work is on scheduled commercial flights with an accompanying physician where clinically appropriate. Air ambulance transfers are arranged through specialist partners when genuinely required.
How quickly can this be organised?
Assessments can often begin the same day. Actual travel timing depends on clinical stability, airline approvals and documentation.
Do you work directly with insurers?
Yes. We routinely work with insurers and medical assistance companies and can invoice and report in the format they require.
